Job Description

Job Description:
• Managing a team of 20 to 25 employees.
• Day to day operation to ensure the internal/external targets are met
• Ability to understand the CTQ parameters that affect the process and work on them.
• Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives (Absenteeism, Attrition control) that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency.
• Working with the client closely to resolve issues and disseminate updates on the floor.
• Attending conference calls and meetings with both clients and internal team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Leading and coaching team members to ensure the quality of service meets SLA and agreed service standards
• Ability to achieve stretch targets and take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations
• Maintain self-knowledge of the product by self-productivity, audit teamwork on quality parameters.

Job Specifications:
• Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
• Good team player, process-driven, and result-oriented.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

Language Proficiency: Bi-Lingual - English and Native language
