    Requirement: • Education background: Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree for Computer or IT or any related field • Language requirement: English • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Candidates must be willing to work in Cyberjaya • Candidates must be willing to work on Rotational Shift • Must be Malaysian citizen Responsibility: • Provide 1st level technical support to IT customers of hardware and software issues • Address customer’s technical issues via phone or remotely • Create service tickets in the Call Management System & use the appropriate escalation channels to escalate pending issues • Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers • Fast understanding and implementation of knowledge on call handling processes • Provides technical support for Intel Based products ranging from desktops, notebooks, Servers, monitors and projectors. • To be Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Company products. • Customer group range from personal to corporate users.
