Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Write letters related to industrial relations show cause letter, warning letters, PIP letter, termination letter
· Develop and administer progressive discipline policy and procedures
· Provide timely communication to manager and associate regarding disciplinary matters
· Assist in the development, interpretation, application and implementation of disciplinary guideline, grievance
handling, employee counselling, performance improvement plan and other disciplinary related matters
· Review and manage employee disciplinary actions
· Record performance and disciplinary issues working with managers and Team leads
· Investigate sexual harassment and other complaints of non-acceptable actions and behaviours
· Conduct other investigations as directed by our Head of Legal and Head of Human Resource
· Review and approve involuntary terminations and conduct exit interviews for terminated employees
· Provide feedback to manager/ client on the findings and results on the disciplinary cased and exit interviews
· Consult and advise management to ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
· Provide technical guidance and expertise to management team regarding policies, procedures and problems
affecting employee relations.
Essential :
· Degree or Diploma in any discipline with more than 3 years' experience in IR
· Extensive experience in managing end to end investigations
· Passionate about IR
· Able to work independently under minimum supervision and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Patient and able to handle customer rejection
