Job Description

Requirements :
· Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Admin or equivalent with more than 3 years' experience in
HR
· Extensive experience in managing associate and client escalations and improvements
· Passionate about HR
· Able to work independently under minimum supervision and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Multi-task under tight deadlines

Job Descriptions

This includes managing client’s escalation and associate engagement, on-boarding, off-boarding, IR and
administrators and the day-to-day operations such as:
· Escalation point for all HR matters related to associate and client
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues within the
team
· Maintains employee confidence and protects client and associate operations by keeping information
confidential
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
· Maintains associate engagement team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees
· Maintains associate engagement team job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Managed the deliverables for the entire team and up to par for any process changes required within the team
for more productive deliverables from time to time
· Nurture a positive working environment
